    Since receiving my law degree in 1982, I have participated in more than 150 civil trials and arbitrations in 48 State and Federal jurisdictions courts in Ohio and in the state of Washington. I advocate for the rights of clients in a wide variety of claims including those against negligent vehicle operators, against insurance companies for casualty and coverage disputes, in cases involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, products liability, and professional negligence, and in business and probate litigation. I have also served as a mediator and as an arbitrator on countless cases over the past thirty years.
